German Import Garage in Truckee, CA is looking for a full-time Experienced Automotive Technician to join our award‑winning crew. If you take pride in precision and are motivated by customers who love performance as much as you do, we'd love to hear from you!
COMPETITIVE PAY
Our Experienced Automotive Technicians earn $150,000 per year based off of performance, plus a sign‑on bonus of up to $1,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a full-time role, Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. We close for lunch and never work weekends, so you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Overtime is available if you want it.
In this position, you'll handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on European vehicles. You'll complete inspections, provide preventative care, work closely with a talented team, and help ensure every customer drives away feeling confident in their vehicle. Our shop values professionalism, teamwork, and treating customers like family.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience working on domestic and import vehicles
- Experience with - or willingness to learn - hybrid and EV systems, especially Tesla
- Basic toolset; specialty tools are a bonus
- Strong communication skills, solid time management, and a collaborative mindset
- ASE certification preferred but not required
